When a credit card is used, there is a 3% surcharge on each gift card purchased with an initial load value of $150 or more.
A $21.95 shipping and handling fee is applied to each order up to 500 cards placed using the Ship To Purchaser shipping method. For orders of more than 500 cards, an additional $21.95 shipping and handling fee is applied for every 500 cards. All gift cards shipped in one package.
